Our guidelines
Our standard cancellation policy allows free cancellations up to 5 days before arrival. After that, all changes, rebookings, early departures, and no-shows will be charged the full amount.
However, depending on the reservation, we may have special cancellation policies in place. These could include non-refundable rates or a minimum cancellation period of one month for groups, etc.
House rules
Please note our house rules upon arrival. If check-out is later than 11:00 AM, we charge a fee of at least €20 to €50. Once a reservation is confirmed verbally, in writing, or by phone, our cancellation policy applies.
We require a credit card or a deposit for each reservation. Once the deposit has been paid, it also serves as a security deposit and will be retained in the event of cancellation.
The deposit is at least 30% of the total price.
